Wildlife Rescue was formed in 1989 by Phil Groombridge.It started out just one person rescuring animals, then Two now we have 6 volunteers that help
at the wildlife care centre, in Winterslow just outside of Salisbury in Wiltshire.
Tony Green now does all the rescues, and Phil looks after the care centre.
Jill Carey runs our Wildlife Helpline giving out information about rescue centres all over the UK. We have 2 emergancy ambulances that are on 24/7.
Our Care centre has around 34 animals in at the moment, some are due for release in the next few weeks. Some of the animals can never be released,
and are keeped by us to take to schools for talks, so the children of today can learn and see the wildlife for them selves.
